RIDER ALERT
A temporary detour is in effect for customers transferring from the Red/Gold Line to the Eastbound Blue/Green Line platform during ceiling replacement work. Exit train on the right-hand side (direction of travel) to avoid detour. If exiting on the center platform, use “Street” escalator up and follow detour signage back down to Eastbound platform.
Beginning Feb. 22, the North-South (N-S) Center Platform at Five Points will be closed for approximately two months for platform replacement. All customers traveling northbound or southbound must exit and board trains on the outer platforms instead of the center platform. Please follow signage and station announcements. Elevators remain in service. Some weekend single tracking will occur. For more single tracking information,

Overview
At the heart of downtown Atlanta, Five Points is MARTA’s busiest station and the central transfer point between all rail lines. This rehabilitation project includes a full renovation of both the east-west and north-south platform levels below the concourse level.
Construction began in 2022 and will continue through 2026. Service will continue throughout project, although customers may see some areas and access points closed periodically. These impacts will be communicated to our customers through announcements, signage, and social media.
